We provide high quality, secure accommodation with tools that support, improve, perform and integrate 16-25-year-olds into the community. The service will be delivered consistently and professionally without discrimination by well trained and respectful staff who respect the dignity and worth of young people who are adapting to their new experiences.
We prioritise quality service in order for young adults to achieve their goals and independence. Our goal is to provide the highest level of accommodation and care and support packages for young adults with mild disabilities aged between 16 and 25.The aim of our service is to help young adults with the transition from foster care to living independently in the community. They need to acquire skills to take care of themselves and show that they are planning an independent future.
